Frequently asked questions

What is Refinishing?

Refinishing, also known as resurfacing or reglazing, is a professional restoration technique that renews worn, damaged, or outdated surfaces without complete replacement. It starts with deep cleaning to remove grime, stains, & old coatings. Technicians then repair imperfections like chips, cracks, or scratches using specialized fillers. A primer is applied, followed by multiple layers of durable, high-quality coatings—such as acrylic Urethane—for a smooth, glossy finish

How long does it take and how long until it cures?

cure times are universally the same - 24 to 48 hours for full cure. A bathtub takes anywhere from one to three hours to prep and refinish. Counters can take two to five hours to prep and refinish. cabinets can take upwards to a week.

How much does it cost?

Refinishing costs vary based on the surface type (e.g., bathtub, sink, tile, countertop, cabinet) and material (fiberglass, porcelain, cast iron, etc.). Factors like age, condition (chips, cracks, stripping needed), and project scope influence pricing. Contact us for a free quote!
